Run it all

Everything a booking app does. Then more.

Bookings, waitlist, payments, the roster and reminders, in one place.

One workspace

Built around the real rhythm of the work.

Meanwhile, across four apps

Bookings here, payments there.

The essentials

The basics are here so Magic can go further.

Booking, money, forms and team admin, all in one place.

Booking

Calendar and online booking

Your services, your availability, your deposit rules. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, and clients can move their own appointment from the link you already sent them.

Waitlist

A cancellation does not stay empty

Everyone waiting for that service is right there, with the message already written. Pick who gets the slot, send it, and book them in.

Money

Deposits, invoices and no-shows

Take a deposit at booking, invoice the balance, keep a card on file, and charge a no-show fee when someone does not turn up.

Team

The roster, the hours and the pay

Who is on this week, shift requests and cover, hours clocked, commission per person, payouts, and a leaderboard. Everyone sees their own day.

Clients

Their own private link

What is coming up, the proposal to read and sign, and the deposit or balance to pay. All of it on one page with your name on it.

One login. The whole business, still moving.

Inside the product

The booking, the invoice, the reply.

The whole day, without four tabs open.

Everything lands in one inbox

  • Email
  • Messages
  • Inquiries

Two-way communication - their reply lands back in the same thread, and your answer goes out from it.

A Tuesday, from first message to paid.

A booking tool handles the slot. Magic handles the rest.

The essentials

The business, in one place.

Calendar, payment and notes in sync

The difference

The point is not more tabs.

The basics disappear into one system. The rest runs on top.

Separate tools

More checking

Calendar here, forms there, messages somewhere else, follow-up in your head.

Magic

One operating layer

The booking, client, payment, and next message stay attached.

Answers before you ask.

Can Magic replace my booking system?

Yes. Booking, calendar, payments, invoicing, and forms are in Magic today, and they stay attached to each client's record.

Do you help me set it up?

Yes. For the first 100 businesses, setup and migration are done for you end to end: services, availability, your client list, and future bookings.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Everyone gets their own login and their own day. The roster covers shifts, cover and requests, hours are clocked against them, and commission and payouts are worked out per person.

Someone cancels an hour before. What happens to the slot?

The waitlist for that service is right there with the offer message already written. You pick who gets it, send it, and book them in.

Can I charge for no-shows?

Yes, if you keep a card on file for that client. You set the fee, and it is charged when you mark the booking a no-show. Deposits at booking work the same way.

Can clients book online?

Yes. Clients book from your booking page with your real services, availability, and deposit rules, and the booking lands on your calendar.

What does it cost to move?

The move itself is free, and there is no card to get started. You can stop at any time.
